I want to appeal to the Prefect

Within 60 days of notification of the assessment report, to the Prefect of Lucca, by registered letter with return receipt addressed to Piazza Napoleone, 5, 55100 Lucca (LU), or send it by email to verbali.ppl@pec.it.

I want to appeal to a Justice of the Peace

Within 30 days of receipt of the notice of infraction – in front of the territorially competent Justice of the Peace, filing it in person or by registered letter with return receipt in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative decree 150/11.

I would like to request the payment by installments to pay the penalty: what should I do?

Is a 30% reduction of the amount of the sanction envisaged even if an application for payment by installment is made?

No. If the application for installment is accepted, the 30% reduction will not apply to the penalty to be paid in installments.
